Hi friends!

I wanted to touch base & let you know that we recently had to force some grooming personnel changes, and since those changes occurred, we have heard horrible rumors about our levels of care & competency. 🙁

We want you to know that first and foremost, we are all about transparency! Anyone that's a regular guest of ours knows that we are happy to allow anyone in for an unannounced tour at any time of day. We are planning the installation of our remote camera system that will allow our customers to view our facility any time they wish by simply logging into our site, and we readily share with you our updates, concerns, & anything else related to our day to day functions.

We are saddened by these rumors & we will be shutting them down & living up to the expectations you & we have!

Please remember that you are welcome to check us out, talk to our staff or managers anytime, and ask for daily updates when your pups (or kitties) are in our care!

If you ever have any concerns, reach out to Faith or myself & get the REAL deal information you're looking for, and please don't believe everything you see or read online without fully getting all the information.
